I cannot find my result
Sign in with the same email address you entered at the end of the quiz. Your saved looks appear on My looks.
Open my looks →My photo did not generate
Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo. Choose an image file smaller than 20 MB; it is resized before upload. If the image service is busy, try again from the error message or choose a sample face.
Selfie tips →I did not get a sign-in code
Codes arrive by email and expire after ten minutes. Check your spam folder, then request a new code from the sign-in screen.
How do I delete my data?
Sign in, open My looks, and delete a single look or your whole account. Deletion removes the answers, photos and previews immediately.

The quiz, previews on sample models, color tips and guides are free. Each email gets 1 free look on its own photo; after that, looks on your own photo come from paid one-time look packs.
